Dr. M. Gowri is a distinguished senior Obstetrician & Gynaecologist based in Bengaluru with over 28 years of experience in managing complex obstetric and gynecology cases. She completed her MBBS from Thanjavur Medical College in 1997 and pursued her postgraduate training with a DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from St. Martha’s Hospital, Bangalore in 2003, supplemented by a DGO qualification from Sri Venkateswara University. She served as an Assistant Professor, training DNB students for over a decade, shaping the next generation of specialists. Professionally, she has held consultant positions at prestigious institutions such as CMC Vellore, Apollo Chennai, Manipal Hospital Bengaluru, Baptist Hospital Bengaluru, and Rangadore Memorial Hospital. As a founding member and lead consultant of Queens Hospital, HSR Layout, she has earned recognition for her leadership and clinical excellence. Her expertise spans high‑risk pregnancies, normal and cesarean deliveries, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries, infertility care, gynecologic oncology, menstrual disorders, and minimally invasive procedures. She has been honored with several awards, including best postgraduate paper and interventional obstetrics recognitions. Dr. Gowri is known for her empathetic patient care approach, combining clinical skill with warmth and dedication. Her contributions both in academics and practice have made her one of Bengaluru’s most respected women’s health specialists.
